Welcome to Waterside Cottages, Alnmouth
Comfortable cottages in a spectacular setting
The four cottages at Waterside House farm, Alnmouth enjoy an unique and spectacular location nestling on the shoreline of the Aln estuary opposite the picturesque village of Alnmouth.
The south side beach can be accessed by a short walk and the Northumberland Coastal cycle way passes through the farm.
OAK, ASH and ELM Cottages have recently been converted from a nineteen century , steam driven sawmill. In keeping with their historic past the three adjoining cottages are single storey properties built of stone and wood. These cottages are fully centrally heated and well insulated ensuring that although spacious they are warm and comfortable.
All three can be booked together for larger parties if necessary.
1 Waterside House Cottage is a traditional stone build, semi-detached two storey cottage complete with real fire! Originally built for a farm worker and his family, it has been run as a delightful holiday cottage for several years.
All cottages are approached by a farm lane off the Alnwick to Warkworth (A1068) road.
Alnmouth is the perfect location to stay while you explore the magnificent county of Northumberland. Famed for its beaches as well as its many castles there is always something interesting just round the next corner.
